The Stages of Khristee
The Stages of Khristee
Khristee Rich On Christmas Day
I have been following Amanda Frances. Recently, she posted that she felt life was long, her life was long. Then, she reflected and it was because she had done so much and she had so many phases.
It was interesting to see her break her life down into phases instead of accomplishments.
I have always felt that I have lived many lives in one lifetime.
I decided to break my life into different stages. Of course, some stages overlap and not all are the same duration.
It was an interesting exercise.
Traveling the world - feeling creative and free. The first several years of my life my family did a lot of traveling. I moved to the US when I was 4.
Shy, Introverted years as a child living in CT - Creative with imagination playing, writing, and acting. Acting on stage helped me to break out of my shell.
Boarding school years - branching away from home to be more confident.
College years - branching away from home to be more independent, lived in London for a year, pursuing acting as major. Started traveling solo. Traveling around Europe for a summer
Living in NYC as an actress and writing children stories. I loved living on my own in the city. Time was cut short by my illness.
My 15 year illness - my healing journey, gave up acting career, moved back to Connecticut, became a healer to heal myself, researching and learning about various ways to heal so that I could help others one day. Started living holistic lifestyle.
Overcame illness and became an entrepreneur.
Moved to California. Lived in California for 5 years for freedom, joy, and emotional healing, did stand up and modeling and went back to pursuing acting, commercials and film.
Moved back to CT - The Caregiver years which included going back to my writing and creativity. Taking care of my grandmother, elderly dogs, my brother’s elderly dog, mother, and twin nephews.
Writer, researcher, speaker. Researching pregnancy, birth, postpartum and preconception years. Writing my book series. Speaking on podcasts, summits, memberships. panels, video podcasts, vlogs, my articles featured in magazines.
Themes: Creativity, Healing & Joy
The hardest years were my 15-year chronic illness and the last 10 years being a caregiver for my family. The third hardest was growing up in CT. The hardest years were all in CT.
I am entering a new stage now.
What do you think it will be?
