We can boost our immune systems naturally.

It is very easy and doesn’t need to cost a lot.

Everyone can boost their immune systems: kids, adults, the elderly, those who are healthy and those with chronic illness.

Follow these easy steps:

1. Get vitamin D daily. The best way is to get sun every day. This is the easiest way plus it’s easier for the body to process than with supplements. But if you can’t get outside daily for 15-20 minutes or if you know your levels are low, supplement with vitamin D.

2. Get plenty of rest. Some people pride themselves on how little they sleep but the body needs it. Aim to get at least 8 hours or sleep daily.

3. Destress. Be mindful if you are under a lot of stress. Meditate. Breathe deeply. Listen to relaxing music. Walk in nature.

4. Eat garlic. Fresh garlic is a great way to boost your immune system and to fight off pathogens if you are sick.

5. Get plenty of vitamin C. Fresh fruit and some vegetables are high in vitamin C. Eat fresh fruit daily or put it in your smoothie to get a high concentration at one time. If you like you can supplement with vitamin C but fresh food is best.

6. Laugh! Yes, laughter is the best medicine. It creates feel good hormones that boost our immune systems. So add more fun and laughter to your day!

7. Take chlorella daily. Chlorella is sea algae and it’s a superfood. Take it daily to boost your immune system. If you take more, it also helps the liver to detox which is a great way to keep healthy and prevent illness.
