Why I Believe I Didn't Have Pain After Oral Surgery

Yesterday, I had oral surgery. I want to share with you why I believe I didn’t have any pain afterwards.

First of all, I had two oral surgeries when I was a teenager. I had many teeth extracted for braces.

Unfortunately, last time was not good.

I don’t know what medication they gave me. I was a teenager so I know I didn’t ask a lot of questions.

I was in terrible pain so don’t think I was given a local anesthetic. Just laughing gas.

I hallucinated which was very scary.

I had a seizure which was terrifying

and a near death experience.

I left my body and was floating up to the light to heaven. The most loving and peaceful place you can imagine.

This experience was a spiritual awakening for me because after that I believed in life after death.

But it was also traumatic.

So I feared going through it again to have my wisdom tooth out.

Who Is The Woman Behind The Dancing Curtain?

Recently, I had a conversation with someone who had been a client of mine many years ago. I quickly realized that she didn't understand what my focus was. She thought that I was only helping women with issues related to childbirth. This made me realize that there may be some confusion and with so many new people on my list, I thought this would be a good time to clarify who I am.

Who is the woman behind The Dancing Curtain?

I am a holistic health expert, writer, and speaker who advocates for women's health and wellness. With over 20 years as a researcher and over 18 years as a holistic health expert, I have empowered women to heal their chronic conditions, illnesses, and trauma using a holistic approach by deciphering the root cause, and treat using a mind/body/spirit approach, natural recommendations and the natural, sacred medicine of the Earth. Heal Yourself Through Food

I have another educational talk coming up soon! I am a featured speaker at the Natural & Spiritual Healing Summit. A virtual summit that starts next week.

I am so excited!

I will be speaking on October 12 at 11 AM ET. My talk is Healing Yourself Through Food: Learn To Use Food As Medicine.

I have been a holistic healer/health expert for over 17 years.

I will talk about how potent food can be as medicine.

I believe it is important to get to the root cause of a chronic illness or chronic condition and once that has been identified the right food can heal us naturally.

I will share my health journey: how I healed myself naturally from my 15 year illness through food, how food was the answer to overcome my illness, how food is often an overlooked aide to wellness, and how I help my clients to heal naturally too.

Food is medicine. Food can contribute to illness or to wellness. We must choose wisely.

Use food to be your greatest ally to help prevent illness, sustain wellness, and to overcome your chronic conditions naturally.

Clearing Confusion On The CBD Trend

There are so many natural ways to remedy pain and anxiety. I have found that one of the most misunderstood ways is by using CBD. I have recommended so many natural remedies over the years to my clients and loved ones, but was curious to learn more about CBD, so I was so happy to be asked by Ridgefield and Wilton Magazine to write an article on CBD so that I could do more research on this topic.

Now that I have done so much research and gave CBD to my grandmother when she was ill, I wish my grandmother's hospice nurses had recommended CBD instead of immediately giving morphine and Haloperidol for physical and emotional pain.

I gave my grandmother CBD and she did very well with it, much better than with the medications. I was so happy that CBD gave her relief.

The Best Gifts Of All Are The Ones That Make You Feel Good

When I was sick with my chronic illness, I didn't have the knowledge I have today. It was through trial and error that I learned the importance of not only choosing the right supplements, but high quality supplements. It was through time and research that I Iearned that what we put on our bodies is as important as what we put in our bodies. Our body is the largest organ we have and it absorbs everything we put on our skin. Everything we put on our bodies and in our bodies and around our bodies contributes to either good health or poor health.

I have so much empathy for those who are struggling with a chronic illness. I know that they often don't have the energy to research and understand what is best for them.

But I do know that if you purchase gifts for your loved ones that help them to feel good, they will treasure those gifts for a long time and appreciate you.

Here are some of my favorites:

Beeeee Kind To Yourself - Self-Care for Your Sinuses

Did you know that honey is a natural anti-bacterial? Yes, you can use it both as a preventative and as medicine when you get sick. But not all honey is equal. Honey that you buy at the grocery store is heavily processed and the processing takes out much of the health benefits. Sure, honey can always soothe a sore throat but if you want to reap the amazing health benefits it's best to get it from your local beekeeper.

MYTH: There is a myth that honey never spoils because it is an anti-bacterial.

FACT: Honey is best when it is fresh. It loses potency over time, just like other herbs, vitamins, and medication. If you have a bacterial infection, reach for some fresh local honey, instead of honey that's a few years old from your cupboard.
